CodeIT! Challenge: Tennis
Tennis is a 1-2 player tennis game I developed for the Evanston Public Library's CodeIT! Challenge, a district wide S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) event. Kids, grades 5th to 8th, have 7 weeks to design, code, and test in preparation for the community showcase.
Tennis is a demonstration of techniques and principles we look for in our participants creations such as, character animation, menus, and win/ loose conditions.

Quotation Larks
I created Quotation Larks to add more mystery to the world. Similar to Easter Eggs, they are placed around the city, ready to be discovered. Each card has a quote, question, or statement typed using a Brothers WP-3410 Word Processor and then marked with a hand carved (" "), (?), or (!) stamp. Once laminated they are placed in medium to high traffic areas around the city, ready for anyone to discover.
The Things We Tell The Ones We Love
SYNOPSIS: An aspiring Mixed Martial Artist Billy has become estranged from his wife Sabrina after she contracted the virus, and lives with his mother Mary and 18-month-old daughter. As he is planning to take one last shot at his MMA career, Sabrina suffers an outbreak and attacks the house, obsessed with stealing back her daughter. With the help of his mother and sister Ashley, Billy defends their house from multiple FRAP invasions by Sabrina and her Syncro, Bunny Clown Dude. Unwilling to pay for private police service or the outrageously-priced anti-dote, Billy’s mother Mary is ready to solve the problem the old-fashioned way.
The Things We Tell The Ones We Love is an interactive sci-fi thriller I worked on for 2019 with Sisyphus Productions. Filming took place over 1 week in Davenport, IA and the special effects work added on another couple months. Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro were used to bring the FX to life.
Spaceport Babel
Quick, you have only 3 minutes to reach your connecting flight through this bizarre alien spaceport! Race through the hallways and dodge freaky aliens to catch your spaceship out of here!
Spaceport Babel is a product of the 2018 Train Jam, a 72hr game jam traveling from Chicago to San Fransisco along Amtrack's California Zepher line. Programmers, musicians and artists come from all over to bring a game to completion. For Spaceport Bable I focused on model creation. Check out the game by clicking on the link below.
